Job Position – Senior Recruiter

Are you an experienced recruiter with a strong background in Interior Fit-Out, Events amp; Exhibitions, Construction, or Joinery? Looking for a proactive Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for both white-collar and blue-collar positions and support our growing project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
– Recruit technical, managerial, operational, and skilled labor positions.
– Coordinate bulk hiring and overseas recruitment campaigns.
– Build relationships with manpower suppliers and international recruitment agencies.
– Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and professional networks.
– Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, offers, and onboarding.
– Maintain talent pipelines and recruitment reports.
– Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
– 4–6 years of recruitment experience, including at least 1–2 years in Interior Fit-Out, Events & Exhibitions, Construction, or Joinery.
– Proven experience recruiting both white-collar and blue-collar employees.
– Experience in bulk recruitment, overseas hiring, and manpower supplier management.
– Familiarity with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job portals.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
