Technical/Core Skills Required
Senior Software Engineer specializing in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) – UiPath
Proven experience as a software engineer with a strong focus on RPA development
Proficiency in UiPath Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or .Net
Knowledge of process automation, workflow design, and business process modelling.
Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs.
Relevant certifications in RPA technology are a plus Ability to work independently and lead RPA initiatives.
Preferred No. of Years (with Relevant Degree) -– 5 to 10 years
Main Objective of the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that automate and optimize business processes across various departments . You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, develop RPA solutions, and ensure the efficient execution of automated tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify automation opportunities, and design RPA solutions that meet business needs.
Develop, test, and implement RPA workflows and bots using RPA software platforms such as UiPath and Automation Anywhere. Write efficient and maintainable code to automate repetitive tasks and processes.
Integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and communication between the RPA bots and other systems.
Conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions to identify and resolve issues, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of automated processes.
Create detailed documentation, including process workflows, technical specifications, and user manuals, to support the deployment and maintenance of RPA solutions.
Monitor the performance of deployed RPA bots and proactively address any issues or errors. Implement improvements and updates as necessary to optimize the efficiency of the automation.
Ensure that RPA solutions adhere to security and compliance standards and best practices. Implement necessary security measures to protect sensitive data.
Experience Specific Requirements
Proven experience as a software engineer with a strong focus on RPA development
Proficiency in UiPath
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or .Net
