We are currently looking for a dynamic Senior Sales & Operations Planning Analyst to join our diverse team based in Dubai.

Responsibilities

Demand Cycle Planning –

• Intermediate the unrestricted demand cycle between Planning and Sales areas.
• Send the demand files to all sales area, follow up excel table fulfillment, consolidate information and compare it with quarter targets, approve it with sales head before submitting it to planning.
• Control and organize the sales’ information flow interacting with various departments of BRF Halal (planning, marketing, trade marketing, finance, controlling, compliance, etc.) and BRF in Brazil/UAE/Turkey (logistics, controlling, customer service, document department, etc.).

OTC

• Organize the order-to-cash flow.
• Ensure the availability expectation is aligned with the Sales team along with their expectation of Sales Plan for the collaboration period and contacting sales, planning, logistics and finance area, on a daily basis, to assure short term target fulfillment (e.g. Availability monitoring).
• On weekly basis, prepare the OTC files with sales updated forecast and financial flash estimated results

Sales Performance

• Sales reports, Sales KPI’s, sales performance per country, channel, client, product category, price sensitivity analysis, sales adherence to plan, share of exports, operating in short-term and long-term processes, etc.

Pricing/SoX

• Registration of prices for the commercial goal and new SKUs according to the corporate norm, integrate and assure processes of Pricing/SOX Controls, participating on auditing process as a focal point.

Focal Points

• Act as the person of contact from Brazil (S&OP) to handle queries on: Demand, Availability changes or request of adjustments, collect and consolidate the data with the Sales team. Always guaranteeing the accuracy of S&OP reports.

EXPERIENCE:

Essential:

• Minimum of 3-4 years’ corporate working experience as forecast analyst/planner with experience in forecasting, Sales and Operations Planning, logistics, production planning
• Experience in a consumer goods company environment

Specific Knowledge / Skills / Competencies

• Well versed in demand planning and forecasting (ability to develop sales plans & forecasts)
• Excellent written and oral command of English
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite, especially excel, power point, outlook
• Good knowledge of trade, production, logistics and marketing;
• Highly analytical, with the ability to quickly draw logical conclusions from data, and swiftly propose solutions through thorough critical analysis
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Highly organized, and efficient with customer-orientated mindset
• Ability to handle multiple priorities under time constraints
• Flexibility, adaptability and proactiveness with a solution orientated mindset
• High level of ethics, professionalism and confidentiality
• Self-confident, ability to accept and respond to challenges in a positive manner

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in associated field (Supply chain, Logistics, etc)

Desirable: Masters in Business Administration
