Job Position – Senior Store Expansion Manager

. Bachelor’s degree in any related field
. 5 –10 years previous experience in retail or real state
. Strong organizational and time-management skills
. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills in Microsoft Skills (Word, Excel etc.)
Will be responsible for:
. Manage and execute a strategic plan for operational leasing activities
. Follow up on and implement the expansion plan to achieve growth targets
. Supervise the development team to ensure that stores meet the required criteria
. Manage and establish the processes for leasing new stores, while being responsible for contract management, ensuring all store documents comply with local laws and internal policies and regulations in collaboration with the Legal Department
. Analyze the real estate market and identify new store locations needed to achieve the expansion plan
. Work with the executive management team to lead business development strategies and manage new openings to achieve growth targets
. Prepare and submit reports to the executive management team
