Job Position – Senior Technical Sales Engineer
Company Name – Maxco Electromechanical / Maxco Facilities Management
Location: Dubai, UAE
Department: Sales & Business Development
Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of UAE/GCC experience
Key Responsibilities (not limited to below):
– Develop new business and maintain client relationships by conducting the site visits/technical surveys meetings with the client.
– Handle HVAC, Chiller, MEP, AMC/PPM, and electromechanical and FM enquiries.
– Review BOQs, drawings, and tender documents.
– Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
– Follow up on leads, negotiate, and secure contracts.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical/HVAC Engineering.
– Minimum 8-10 years of UAE/GCC experience in HVAC/MEP technical sales.
– Strong technical, commercial, negotiation, and business development skills.
– Established UAE client network is an advantage.
– UAE driving licence preferred.
