Job Position – Senior UI Designer

Hiring a highly skilled and creative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing visually appealing, user-friendly mobile applications for iOS and Android, with strong expertise in Figma, design systems, accessibility, and Arabic right-to-left (RTL) interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
Design high-fidelity mobile application screens and interactive prototypes for iOS and Android based on approved wireframes.
Develop and deliver user interfaces in both English and Arabic (RTL).
Maintain and enhance the Figma design system, including components, design tokens, and usage guidelines.
Refine and improve designs based on usability testing, stakeholder feedback, and client requirements.
Prepare well-organized design files, detailed specifications, and interaction annotations.
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation and seamless handoff.
Ensure visual consistency, accessibility, and an excellent user experience across mobile platforms.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in mobile application UI design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating published consumer mobile applications on iOS and Android.
Excellent visual design skills, including typography, layout, colour, visual hierarchy, and interaction design.
Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, Auto Layout, variants, and interactive prototyping.
Strong understanding of Apple Human Interface Guidelines (HIG) and Google Material Design.
Practical experience designing Arabic right-to-left (RTL) interfaces.
Good working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility standards.
Understanding of accessible design principles, including colour contrast, touch-target sizes, and dynamic typography.
Ability to document design decisions in English and participate effectively in online design reviews.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience
Previous experience designing mobile applications for retail, e-commerce, ticketing, travel, hospitality, or entertainment industries.
