Job Description:
In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of Eternel clinic Digital Marketing reporting directly to the Medical Director / Marketing Manager.
Your central goal is to:
– Grow Eternel Clinic’s brand’s influence locally and regionally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.
– Expose Eternel Clinic Doctors and Treatments’ locally and regionally while reflecting the premium positioning of Eternel Clinic.
– Generate Qualified leads to increase sales.
Your duties will include:
Planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Your experience in digital marketing, art direction, and social media management, web development, SEO and SEM are to be reflected on your deliverables. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
Role Mechanism:
Digital Marketing Executive will be reporting directly to the Medical Director / Marketing Manager by whom Eternel Clinic’s strategy and Activities Road Map are tailored and defined.
Digital Marketing Executive is to submit their plan including budget to the Medical Director / Marketing Manager to ensure Business Vision & Goals are achieved.
Responsibilities:
Provide a fully unified & synchronized image across all digital platforms:
– Website management
-Update Website content on regular basis.
-Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
-Prepare website performance report.
-Monitor SEO
– Design, develop and oversee all aspects of our Digital Marketing Unit including, email, SEM, Social Media and branding
– SEM:
-Design, develop & Implement SEM Plan: including but not limited to
-Google Campaigns (Ad word & Display): Build and run ads on Google Search Network and Google Display Network based on the predetermined plans
-Maintain and optimize ads based on analytics and ad results
-Handle Google My Business updates & posting and content
-Design and curate content of landing pages for campaigns
-Create and refresh artworks for Google Display Network
-Structure and design Google Analytics.
-Utilize Google Analytics to better understand the customer journey, measure goals and explore channels that can be improved.
– Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
-Prepare accurate reports on our campaign’s overall performance.
-Prepare Google analytics reports
– Social Media:
-Develop a Monthly Calendar.
-Plan and Manage all Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat .. etc)
-Curate Content.
-Handle posting (post & stories).
-Handle Community Management.
-Design, develop & create campaigns (ads & boosting).
-Tweak campaigns along the month.
-Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
-Prepare accurate reports on SM campaign’s overall performance.
Marketing Plan & Reporting:
-Plan and develop monthly, quarterly and annual marketing plans, including promotions, special occasion offers, events, product / service launches, etc.
– Prepare extensive ROI reports on all campaigns over a bi-weekly and monthly period.
-Prepare and consolidate SEO reports.
– Prepare comparative ad and market analysis reports.
– Additional Tasks:
-Adding packages and promotions to the EMR / clinic management system
-Assist with decisions on upgrades to in-clinic processes / technology
-Miscellaneous tech-related tasks
