Job Position – Service Desk Agent

You will be responsible for providing support to customers by answering their questions, troubleshooting their problems, and resolving their issues. You will also be responsible for maintaining our IT systems and infrastructure.
UAE National with family book
1-2 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT, CS, Computer Engineering, or related majors
Strong communication skills in English, good interpersonal skills
Computer skills
Customer support experience
Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
