Job Position – Service Manager

Automotive Workshop
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Hiring for an experienced to lead workshop operations, drive performance, and ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily workshop operations and team performance
• Ensure quality repairs, warranty compliance, and timely vehicle delivery
• Lead technicians and service advisors to achieve operational targets
• Handle customer escalations and service improvements
• Have Auto trade finance knowledge in service operation
KPIs & Performance Targets
• Workshop productivity & efficiency targets
• First-time fix rate and comeback reduction
• Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) improvement & NPS.
• Service revenue growth and cost control
• Warranty claim accuracy and approval rate
• Technician utilization and training completion
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical/Automotive Engineering preferred)
• 5+ years of automotive after-sales/workshop experience
• Minimum of 3 Yrs in service management role
• Strong technical and leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license
