Job Position – Shipping Coordinator
Company Name – Kingston Management Consultants
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Immediate Joiners preferred
Salary: AED 7,000 – 8,000
Looking for a detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator with 2–3 years of UAE experience in logistics, preferably within the building materials industry.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage domestic & international shipments of stone and tile products
– Prepare Bills of Lading, packing lists, and export/import documents
– Handle customs clearance via Dubai Trade – e-Mirsal
– Coordinate with freight forwarders, warehouses & sales teams
– Ensure safe handling of fragile and oversized materials
Requirements:
– 2+ years of shipping/logistics coordination experience in the UAE
– Strong knowledge of Bills of Lading & e-Mirsal processes
– Familiarity with UAE customs & international shipping regulations
– Excellent organizational & communication skills
– UAE Driving License is mandatory
