Job Position – Site Civil Engineer

Experience: minimum 8+ years
With a valid G+Unlimited license in Dubai Municipality to join our established building contracting company. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and proven project execution skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage residential and commercial building projects.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
Conduct technical reviews and site inspections
Approve drawings, calculations, and materials as per licensing authority
Lead the project from design through execution to completion
Requirements:
· Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field of Study MOFA Attested Certificate is mandatory.
· Valid G+Unlimited license (Dubai Municipality )
· Minimum 8 years of experience in construction project management
· Strong knowledge of local construction laws and safety standards
· Proficient in AutoCAD and engineering software
· Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
· Strong Knowledge of construction methods, Materials and Safety.
Preferred:
Previous experience in UAE or GCC region
