Job Position – Site Engineer

Hiring a skilled and dedicated Site Engineer with strong experience in Construction Planning & Scheduling
Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Supervision & Coordination:
Take charge of daily construction activities, ensuring they align with project plans, specifications, and timelines. You will serve as the primary point of contact on-site, ensuring the smooth execution of the project.
2. Technical Support:
Provide technical guidance to site workers, ensuring they adhere to design plans, engineering standards, and safety protocols.
3.Quality Assurance:
Monitor the quality of work and materials used on-site, ensuring compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and contract specifications.
4.Project Scheduling:
Assist in the planning and scheduling of projects, forecasting labor and material requirements, and ensuring that deadlines are met.
5.Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, keeping accurate records of completed work, labor hours, equipment use, and material usage.
6.Collaboration:
Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure construction aligns with the project plan. Quickly address any issues or discrepancies as they arise.
Qualifications
· Strong civil engineering design skills and a solid understanding of engineering principles.
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry within the UAE, with proven experience in high-rise building construction.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
· Licenses & Certifications:
Valid UAE driving license.
Society of Engineers (SOE) membership and card.
Additional Skills:
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Ability to work on-site and manage engineering projects efficiently.
· Thorough knowledge of construction standards, practices, and UAE regulations.
