Job Position – Site Engineer

Interior Fit-Out
Manage and coordinate high-end interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. This critical role demands strong site supervision, project coordination, and technical oversight to ensure delivery excellence, within budget and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
– Project Planning & Execution
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and work programs.
Ensure timely execution of fit-out works as per approved drawings and specifications.
– Site Supervision & Coordination
Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for efficient workflow.
Enforce strict adherence to health and safety standards on-site.
– Quality Control & Compliance
Inspect materials, finishes, and workmanship to ensure top quality.
Ensure compliance with building codes, industry standards, and client specifications.
– Budget & Cost Control
Monitor project expenses and keep costs within approved budgets.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.
– Communication & Reporting
Provide regular updates to clients, project managers, and stakeholders.
Prepare and submit comprehensive project reports and technical documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
3–4 years of proven experience in interior fit-out project execution.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and modern techniques.
Proficient in reading architectural and MEP drawings.
Skilled in AutoCAD and project management tools.
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
