Job Position – Social Media & Content Head

Responsibilities
Develop the social media strategy and content calendar.
Manage the content team and external contractors.
Lead photo and video production, from concepts and scripts to final delivery.
Maintain a consistent visual identity across social media.
Oversee publishing, analyse performance, and develop new content formats.
Requirements
Experience managing social media and a content team, with a portfolio showing results. • Strong knowledge of automotive brands, models, heritage, and car culture.
An eye for details and the ability to communicate what makes each car or project special.
Strong visual judgement and an understanding of filming, editing, and copywriting.
Initiative, organisation, and ownership of results.
Strong English for content aimed at an international audience.
What we offer
AED 10,000–15,000 per month, depending on experience, plus an attractive KPI-based bonus.
A Dubai-based role working with rare cars and bespoke automotive projects.
Direct collaboration with the founder and the opportunity to shape the content team.
