Requirements:
– Demonstrated proficiency in English communication
– Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end dining establishment
– Adherence to established protocols and procedures
– Effective kitchen management skills
– Exceptional creativity and organizational abilities
– Strong interpersonal skills to liaise across all departments
– Familiarity with software suites like Microsoft Office, Supy, and Lightspeed
– Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks efficiently
