Job Position – Sprinklr System Developer / Administrator

Ultimate HR Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Sprinklr System Developer to design, develop, integrate, and maintain the Sprinklr platform to ensure optimal performance, security, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in system configuration, API integrations, environment management, and production support—preferably within government or large enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and maintain Sprinklr configurations, workflows, and automation.
– Design and implement API integrations with internal and external systems.
– Manage multiple environments (Development, UAT, and Production) ensuring stability and proper release management.
– Support deployments, perform system upgrades, and troubleshoot production issues.
– Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and scalability.
– Ensure compliance with security policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integration with other government or enterprise systems.
– Provide technical documentation, support knowledge transfer, and assist with system audits when required.
Required Qualifications
– Proven experience working with Sprinklr platform configuration and administration.
– Strong understanding of REST APIs, web services, and system integrations.
– Experience managing Dev/UAT/Prod environments and deployment processes.
– Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks.
– Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
