Job Position – Sr. Customer Care Agent

Salary range – Up to 9000 AED
Third Party payroll ,Duration : One year, subject to renewal based on performance
Proficiency in working with Excel spreadsheets and generating reports.
Experience in payments and reconciliation processes.
Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
In-depth knowledge of customer support best practices and strategies.
Currently available in Abu Dhabi.
