Hiring Sr. HR Officer
– Ready to Join Immediately.
– 10 years of Minimum Experience in Construction ( MEP & Civil ) field .
– Bachelor’s Degree.
– Hand on of sourcing candidates through various platforms.
– Hands-on generalist of diverse Human Resources approach, Implementing and managing a broad range of HR programs including Workforce Planning, Performance Management, HR Policies and Procedures, and Employee Engagement. In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law and proficient in developing various HR strategies to meet Business objectives.
