Job Position – Sr. MEP Coordinator

Job Description
– Main responsibilities fall into 4 main categories: tender stage, Preconstruction: Design, review and coordination
– Prepares, completes or reviews all project documentation to ensure accuracy
– Capable of implementing technical, commercial and financial comparison and study to select the MEP subcontractors
– Provides project status report, financial reports and project schedules in accordance with guidelines on timeliness and completeness of information
– Attending meetings with clients and represent the company in technical and commercial side
– Monitoring of construction installation, field coordination and provide necessary problem solving, and MEP subcontractors supervision and management
– Project completion, start-up, testing and acceptance
Job Requirements:
– 8 to 12 years of overall experience in the same position in UAE
– Bsc. Of Mechanical/electrical engineering
– Valid driving license and capable to commute easily in Dubai
– Availability: immediate
– Salary: TBD based on interview performance and qualifications
