Job Position – Sr. Planning Engineers

BRIEF RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Responsible for the Planning activities of the project and assisting the Planning & Cost Control Manager & Project Manager in claims & disputes for the project including performing Delay Analysis as dictated by the relevant contract
– Coordinating the planning & scheduling needs of the project with the respective project Managers in a matrix form of organization
– Finalization of project baseline schedule with the coordination of internal management and project Consultants utilizing Primavera P6 – Skilled in preparing & floating tender and Execution strategic plans of Infrastructure and Construction Building and Villas “all Kind of Villas and High rise Buildings” to Developer, Evaluating Offers, Techno-commercial discussion and finalizing contract in view of project schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– B. Sc. / B.E. Civil Engineering, with a minimum of 10 – 15 years of work experience in Planning in a building construction company.
– Knowledge of FIDIC is an added advantage.
– Must have a good history of delivering Delay Analysis exercises, Dashboards, and Management Presentations.
