Job Position – Sr. Project Engineer
Company Name – AYKA Technical Services
Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 9,000 – AED 14,000 + standard benefits
Subsidiary of UNEC
Division: Masonry
With strong expertise in masonry works, especially finishing and tile works.
Key Requirements:
-Hands-on experience in masonry, finishing & tile works
-Strong skills in Project Engineering, Planning & Management
-Sound knowledge of civil works execution
-Proven ability to lead teams and manage contractors
-Excellent communication and coordination skills
-Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s is a plus)
-7–10 years of relevant experience (construction/FM preferred)
-Familiarity with project management tools/software
-Strong focus on quality, safety & compliance
