Job Position – Stock Controller / Store Keeper

Hiring a qualified and detail-oriented to join its team in Jeddah and support efficient site store and inventory operations.
Location : Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and control all site store and warehouse operations efficiently.
-Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records at all times.
-Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and equipment.
-Issue materials based on approved requests and track all movements.
-Maintain updated inventory documentation and reporting systems.
-Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
-Coordinate with procurement and site teams regarding material needs.
-Ensure proper storage conditions and compliance with company procedures.
-Support inventory planning to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
Requirements:
-Experience in storekeeping or stock control (preferably in contracting/construction field).
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
-Good organizational and time management skills.
-Basic knowledge of inventory systems and Microsoft Office tools.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment.
