Job Position – Store & Asset Inventory Assistant

Job Description
Provide assistant to the major asset upgrade project.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Conduct full asset inventory.
2) Identify asset status variation.
3) Develop asset inventory report with current asset status.
4) Collect missing asset information.
5) Update the asset database with the current asset status.
6) Receive & register new assets into the asset database.
7) Establish asset relationships & update the asset database accordingly.
8) Print out the asset tags & place the tags into assets.
9) Identify disposal assets & generate the asset disposal list.
10) Provide implementation progress report on a weekly basis.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in engineering/Computer science or related.
Required Professional Qualification/Skills
1) 5 Years of experience with asset inventory & management.
2)Ability to use ITSM tools BMC -remedy.
3)Quality assurance & quality control.
4)Experienced in using Microsoft office,MS visio, MS Powerpoint.
Budget: QAR. 5,000 per month
Location: Doha / Ras Laffan
Duration: 18 Months
Candidates based in Doha with valid QID preferred
