Job Position – Store Keeper
Company Name – Al Ain Mills
Job Location : – Sharjah Hamriyah Freezone
Key Responsibilities: –
-Receiving and Inspecting Materials: -Receive incoming materials from suppliers, verifying quantities & quality against purchase orders.Ensure proper labelling and storage of all received materials.
-Inventory Management: – Maintain accurate inventory records in the company’s inventory management system.Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
-Material Handling: – Maintain a clean and organised store environment.
-Issuing Materials: – Issue materials to production lines based on production orders.
-Verify the accuracy of material requisitions and ensure proper documentation.
-Track material usage and report any discrepancies.
-Stock Rotation:- Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation methods to ensure the use of oldest materials first.
-Inventory Control: – Monitor stock levels and identify potential shortages or overstocks.
-Assist in developing and implementing inventory control strategies.
Required Qualifications: –
-Education:- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in Store keeping in the UAE.
-Skills and Competencies: -Proficient in inventory management and accounting principles.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
-Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
