Current Job Vacancies
1) Quantity Surveyor
– Mechanical – Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying role within Oil & Gas construction projects (mechanical/piping works preferred). Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. Strong technical knowledge in piping and structural works. Measurement, BOQ preparation, MTOs and rate build-ups. Handling of variations, VO pricing, dayworks and claims (EOT, prolongation, disruption). Cost control, interim payment applications, forecasting and final account close-out. Proficiency in advanced Excel and commercial correspondence.
2) Senior Quantity Surveyor
– Mechanical – Minimum 10+ years’ experience in Oil & Gas construction projects, with demonstrated capability in independently managing full commercial lifecycle of mechanical packages. Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. Full commercial control of mechanical scope (piping, structural steel, equipment installation, testing & commissioning support)
Lead in variation identification, pricing, negotiation and finalization.
Manage subcontractor accounts including certification and final accounts.
Prepare and defend claims, EOT submissions and cost impact assessments.
Oversee cost forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting. Provide guidance and supervision to junior QS personnel.
