Job Position – Student Affairs Officer / Coordinator
Company Name – Gulf Model School
Arabic and English.
The successful candidate will manage student records, support student well-being, and coordinate all student-related services in line with school policies and educational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage student records, files, and registers
-Supervise admissions, transfers, and enrollment
-Monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline
-Coordinate guidance, counseling, and well-being support
-Communicate with parents on student matters
-Organize student activities and support the Student Council
-Prepare reports and documentation for school management
-Ensure compliance with school rules and policies
-Support orientation programs for new students
-Coordinate health and social cases
Qualifications & Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or related field
-Experience in student affairs or school administration (preferred)
-Ability to work in a multicultural school environment
-Knowledge of school systems, records, and reporting
-Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) – mandatory
-Experience in UAE schools is an advantage
