Job Position – Student Welfare Officer

Salary: AED 5,000 – 12,000 (Based on Experience)
We are hiring Student Welfare Officer to support a safe, respectful, and student-focused campus environment.
Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic & English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, approachable, and professional
Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
Passion for student welfare and customer service
Key Responsibilities:
Support student wellbeing and campus safety
Conduct welfare checks and campus patrols
Respond to behavioural incidents using a welfare-first approach
Work closely with Student Affairs and university support teams
Candidates from HR/ Psychology with UAE or back home experience are encouraged to apply!
