Job Position – Supply Chain Executive
Company Name – Cleantech Gulf
Huirng for an experienced to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in procurement, supplier coordination, international shipping, customs documentation, inventory management and supply chain operations within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Manage local and international procurement activities.
Source suppliers, obtain quotations and negotiate prices and terms.
Monitor the purchase order process and ensure the timely, effective and efficient delivery of goods.
Coordinate import, export and cross-trade shipments.
Handle shipping documents, customs clearance and freight forwarders.
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses and internal departments.
Maintain procurement and shipment records.
Ensure timely delivery while controlling costs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement and logistics operations.
UAE experience preferred; JAFZA or Free Zone experience is an advantage.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong negotiation, communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
