Job Position – Supply Planner

Job Qualifications & Skills:
-Relevant bachelor’s degree.
-1-2 years of relevant experience in the same field.
-Very Good command in English both written and verbal.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
-Must have initiative and a positive work attitude and must be a quick learner.
-Residents of Giza or the surrounding areas are preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
-Link between purchasing, warehouses and suppliers.
-Tracking and monitoring purchase orders from issuance until receipt and sending them to suppliers with follow-up of the supply process.
-Continuously monitor the speed of inventory turnover in warehouses, manage inventory levels and forecast planning reports for all items.
-Responsible for monitoring inventory levels on a daily basis to solve problems of unavailable items and items on the verge of depletion, including explanations of shortages and depletion (list of unavailable items).
-Follow-up and monitoring inventory (unavailable items – expiry – average days of inventory).
-Analyze sales forecast versus actual demand
-Maintain/replenish appropriate inventory in the warehouse based on requests, available space and seasonal needs based on average sales versus monthly forecasts.
-Responsible for the receiving process and determining what should be received or rejected in case of receiving problems such as expiry or SOP-related issues.
-Follow- up on late orders and follow up on delivery dates with suppliers.
-Inform purchasing daily of problems related to items on the verge of depletion and unavailable items.
-Sending Send a daily report to follow up on the receipt of weekly magazine items.
-Follow- up on invoice problems with accounts and suppliers, if any.
-Follow- up on transfers between warehouses on products and monitoring inventory levels.
-Send the weekly plan report to the warehouse twice a week. For items expected to be supplied.
