Job Position – System Administration
Company Name –
Location: Abu Dhabi
Duration: One year extendable
Responsibilities:
•Good experience in IT operations, Windows Administration, Windows Server Patching, Vulnerability Remediation, OS hardening and performance tuning.
•Support & monitor cloud infrastructure hosted in Azure, including Virtual Machines, Azure AD, Resource Groups, Storage &basic networking.
•Troubleshooting, analysis &of logging information for reporting of performance exceptions
•Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning
•Familiar with Windows Cluster, File Server, DFS, OS Performance troubleshooting Experience building, managing, and upgrading VMware virtualization environments
•Resolving Incident tickets, remote System Administration of Windows servers, resolve Level 1 & 2 support
•Manage Active Directory infrastructure, including Group Policy, OU structure, replication & troubleshooting authentication issues.
•Maintain &support Microsoft Exchange (on-prem and hybrid) environments
•Perform user &group management across AD, Microsoft 365 & Exchange Online.
Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience
– Certified Administrator AZ-104, AZ 900
– Experience 5 to 7 year as Wintel, Cloud administrator
– MCSD (Azure Solutions Architect) or MCSE (Cloud Platform & Infrastructure)
– Microsoft MCSA in Windows Server 2012R2 or 2016
– Microsoft MCSA in Office 365 & SharePoint Online
– Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate
– ITIL foundation certification
Preferred skills
– Strong Experience in Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Windows Server, Azure, AWS
– Hands-on knowledge of Exchange Server (2016/2019) &Exchange Online.
– Strong experience in hybrid on-premises to Cloud, private & multi-cloud & workload migration
– Good experience in Azure IaaS/PaaS, Monitoring, backups, security best practices.
– Previous experience in a help desk support & troubleshooting role.
– Previous experience supporting virtual servers & solving network issues.
– Previous experience in a 24x 7 managed services, hosted service company or Network Operations Center environment a plus.
– Previous System administration & support experience (Windows operating systems; experience with mixed environments a plus).
– Previous experience with Kubernetes &experience with networking subnetting, routing &firewalls.
– Previous experience with Azure based deployments or other cloud platforms a plus.
– Demonstrated experience installing, configuring& managing Microsoft Cloud Services such as Azure, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Exchange Online, Intune, One Drive, SharePoint, and Teams
– Demonstrated experience installing, configuring and managing Windows Server 2012 – 2019 & Active Directory environments
