Job Position – System Administrator

About the Role:
Experience with at least 5 years of hands-on expertise in managing Linux and Windows environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system stability, application monitoring, on-site support, and effective communication with clients and internal teams. Candidates available to join immediately will be given priority.
Key Responsibilities:
– Administer and maintain Linux and Windows servers.
– Perform system and application monitoring to ensure optimal performance.
– Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across diverse environments.
– Handle basic networking tasks (configuration, diagnostics, connectivity).
– Work with ticketing tools to manage and track issues.
– Provide on-site operational support and collaborate with L1/L2/L3 teams.
– Communicate clearly and professionally with clients in English.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
– Minimum 5 years of experience in system administration.
– Strong knowledge of Linux/Windows administration.
– Familiarity with monitoring tools and operational best practices.
– Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing).
– Experience using ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, etc.).
– Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Certifications such as RHCSA, MCSA, Network+, and ITIL.
– Experience in enterprise or large-scale IT environments.
