Job Position – System Support Specialist
Company Name – Reach Group
Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide technical support to fund employees and strategic partners, resolving issues as per approved procedures
-Coordinate with external vendors to resolve system-related technical issues
-Prepare technical reports and ensure timely system updates
-Monitor user activities and system performance, addressing operational challenges
-Deliver technical consultations and user training for optimal system utilization
-Document and manage support cases in line with approved processes
-Participate in system enhancement projects and periodic review meetings
Requirement –
-Strong experience in system/application support
-Ability to coordinate with vendors and multiple stakeholders
-Strong documentation and reporting skills
-Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
