Job Position – Talent Acquisition Specialist

To join HR team in Abu Dhabi and play a key role in attracting top talent for growing operations.
As part of our HR team, you will:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, agencies, and internal databases
Conduct CV screening and initial interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers for effective selection processes
Create and manage job advertisements and postings
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports
Support Emiratization initiatives and government platforms
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience
Collaborate with departments for workforce planning
