HIRING Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job location: Dubai
Job Type: Permanent
Required Skills:
Should have total of 5+ years’ experience in IT Recruitment and at least 2+ years in UAE.
Proven experience as recruitment consultant, HR consultant or similar position is a must.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Description:
Communicate with clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals
Research into clients company
Develop and implement strategies based on client’s needs
Create and post job advertisements
Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidate
Follow-up references and check credits
Present detailed candidate profile summaries
Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy
