Responsibilities
Work on financial studies, employment plan, and prepare the annual budget for the department’s operations
Work to implement the recruitment plan and fill the positions for which recruitment is required.
Developing programs and providing opportunities in cooperation with educational institutions for new graduates.
Analyze, plan, develop, and implement all talent attraction processes, systems, and programs.
Supporting sustainability by implementing projects and initiatives to automate processes and procedures.
Familiarity with the human resources system of the Government Empowerment Department.
Experience in federal authority or under pension authority
