Job Position – Talent Acquisition Specialist

For a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment professional to join their real estate company in Dubai. The main role will be to assist in sourcing, recruiting and onboarding new employees for the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in the real estate industry, knowledge of recruitment practices and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Source/Headhunt and recruit potential candidates for various positions within the organization
Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role
Facilitate interviews with hiring managers and participate in the selection process
Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates through networking, job fairs, and other recruitment activities
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers
Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and job postings that accurately reflect the role and attract qualified candidates
Utilize recruitment software and other technology tools to streamline the recruitment process and maintain accurate records
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment-related matters, including salary negotiation and offer letters
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and make recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (flexible)
At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the real estate industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers at all levels
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment
Familiarity with recruitment software and other technology tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving goals
Fluency in English, with additional languages preferred
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations
