Job Position – Team leader
Company Name – Pact Employment
For a leading client for their SME business.
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 14,000 – AED 15,000 + Incentives
Key Requirements
– Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in Payment Card Industry (Acquiring)
– Preferred Arabic speakers
– Should have experience in team handling
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Meeting Sales Targets/VAS
– Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
– Ensure the team meets the targets on s DCC, E-com and setup charges.
– Build/Achiever/Update Sales Pipeline of prospective accounts/Merchants in target markets.
– Setting goals for the team and developing strategies to meet those goals.
– Training of business development team under his supervision.
– Take responsibility for the quality of the team’s submission of necessary paperwork in line with standard operating procedures.
– Mitigate and manage Risk and Opportunities for the overall profitability of the accounts that he/she acquires.
Technical skills/ Knowledge:
– Knowledge of Merchant Acquiring products & services.
– Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations & risks.
– Good knowledge of service standards.
– Knowledge of VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, CUP Products.
