Unified Communication Engineer for Dubai Location.
Knowledge & Certification – Unified Communication:
Professional or expert level certification in Alcatel Oxe
Certification or proven hands-on expertise managing & operating TETRA Infrastructure
Certification or proven hands-on expertise in managing & operating Genesys Call Center solution
Certification or proven hands-on expertise in managing & operating Zetron ICRS solution
Certification in Meeting room solutions
Experience & Skills:
8+ yrs
In addition to the general requirements stated above, this role must demonstrate expert level skill set, experience and understanding in:
Capability to supervise the execution of tactical plans based on given objectives
Working knowledge of IT Systems and Communication Operations & Maintenance
Knowledge of PABX, VOIP Telephony, Video Conferencing systems, Unified Communication solutions, Call Centre systems, ADSL Network, GSM, ISDN, Fibre Optic, Structured cabling system, Tetra Radio technologies, Integrated Communication Control Systems (ICCS), Multiplexers, LTE, SDH/STM16 networks, SCN and automated Vehicle Tracking systems
Knowledge of Network and Security fundamentals and concepts
Working knowledge of the Airport business operations.
