Job Position – Technical Reporting Officer

With Engineering Degree ABU DHABI:- The chosen candidate will work under the supervision of the FM Manager and will dedicate 100% of his/her time analyzing data, drafting and preparing scheduled and miscellaneous reports.
The successful candidate will also closely liaise with all FM teams and in particular the Helpdesk/CAFM in order to gather and collate accurate data. Write contractual performance reports (weekly, monthly, mid-year, and final year).Support in drafting documents, lessons learnt, best practices etc etc.
Oversee data lifecycle: organizing, sharing, collecting, validating, archiving, storing & reporting. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities & procedures. Train field staff and colleagues on reporting and data analysis. Conduct oral and written presentations (in Arabic or English) when required.
