Job Position – Technical Support Help Desk
Company Name – Smart TV
The applicant should be technical enough to understand the issues, perform remote troubleshooting as much as possible, transfer full details to field support engineers, and document the incidents in detail.
Responsibilities
-Receive helpdesk calls/emails from customer/end-users, analyze the issue and provide required technical resolution or perform troubleshooting.
-Collect required details to pass on to the technical support team, schedule the support visits with engineers and customer as per the priority and SLA. Follow-up and update the status.
-Use internal system for monitoring, ticket management, escalations, logging and reporting.
-Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports
-Do the required for successful completion of the assigned tasks
Skills and Qualifications
-IT help desk support with good knowledge in Windows PC, Peripheral components, connectivity, Software applications support.
-Technical support and problem-solving skills
-Excellent communication skills
-Handling escalations with customers
-Work under pressure, Team player.
-Minimum 1 year experience in IT support
