Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to technical and non-technical queries from field teams and assist in resolving issues efficiently.
– Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical problems while documenting updates in operational systems.
– Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and achieve team goals.
– Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
– Be available for on-call duties during planned and unplanned activities.
Requirements:
– 3–4 years of experience in technical support, preferably in telecom.
– Knowledge of VoIP, IPTV, and Broadband technologies.
– Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Communication, or related fields.
– Cisco certification or equivalent is a plus.
– Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
