Job Position – Tele Sales Executive

Looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, pitching products/services, handling customer queries, and closing sales efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
– Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
– Promote and sell products/services over the phone
– Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
– Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication
– Maintain records of calls and sales using CRM tools
– Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Requirements:
– Excellent verbal communication skills in [language(s)]
– Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
– Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools
– Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented
– Prior tele sales or customer service experience is a plus
