Job Position – Tele Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to leads and past clients to promote our services and special offers
2. Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or SMS
3. Educate clients about available skin and aesthetic treatments
4. Schedule appointments and consultations with our in-house specialists
5. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
6. Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM
7. Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive client experience
8. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead conversion
