Job Position – Telehealth Coordinator

We are seeking a Telehealth Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring smooth telehealth operations. If you’re passionate about healthcare and thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage telehealth operations, including call handling and scheduling.
– Coordinate leads and book patient appointments.
– Facilitate patient registration and practitioner consultations.
– Handle billing, payments, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
– Process patient feedback and reviews while addressing complaints effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience: 2–4 years in the healthcare sector.
Education: Master’s degree in Management, Healthcare Management, or a related medical field.
Languages: Proficiency in English and Arabic; Tagalog/Filipino is a plus.
Availability: Immediate start.
