Job Position – Telephone Operator

Key Requirements:
– Fluency in English is essential arabic speaking is a plus
– Previous hotel experience is required.
– Candidates must be locally available in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing exceptional service to our guests.
– Transfer calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
– Take accurate messages and ensure their timely delivery.
– Assist guests with inquiries, providing information about our hotel’s amenities and services.
– Handle guest complaints and ensure swift resolution.
– Maintain a log of all incoming and outgoing calls.
