Looking for Tour Consultant/Coordinator with experience in Tourism and Travel Industry
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED3,000.00 /month
We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Tour consultant/coordinator to provide the necessary support to our Events Tourism Department team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for the Event Planner, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and preparing quotations.
Responsibilities:
• Handle the processing of all business tour’s inquiry with accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinate and Assist the Event Planner by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
• Deal/Negotiate with Air Tickets, UAE Tourist Visa, City Tour, Desert Safari, Hotel Booking, Package Tour and other trusted suppliers
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
• Prepare quotation and program/schedules for clients/guests.
• Proven experience as a sales assistant or in other tours coordinator positions.
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Proficiency in English
