Job Position – Training Admin/Coordinator Officer

As a Training Administrator, you will maintain administrative documents related to Learning and Development functions.
Job Requirements:
The Training Administrator will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
– Maintenance of all enrolled interns’ records such as learning history and performance files
– Ensure collection of all training related data in the prescribed formats as per the training & development policies and procedures.
– Assist the training team with scheduling and coordination of training classes including maintenance of training calendar.
– Distribution of training flyers notifying interns of upcoming classes, tracking intern signups and preparation of materials including certificates of completion
– Input and track data of various IANS quality measurement programs into computerized tracking system
– Prepare and distribute reports measuring training results.
– Ensure proper maintenance of training equipment in training rooms – Flip charts, LCD, Markers, Video/Audio facilities etc.
– Assist in the conduct of training exercises by arranging required materials.
– Perform any other task as assigned by Direct Manager
Required Skills:
