Job Position – Training & Business Development Assistant

Are you an organized, proactive, and strategic professional hiring for an exciting role that combines training coordination and business development?
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (8-hour shifts, 2 days off per week)
Salary: Competitive package
Education: Relevant university degree
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities:
-Training Coordination
Plan and manage training schedules, logistics, and materials.
Organize and coordinate workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
Track attendance, training progress, and program effectiveness.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and facilitators.
-Business Development
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business plans.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitors.
Support strategies to expand training services and partnerships.
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-Ability to multi-task and manage training programs effectively
-Experience in business development and client relationship management
-Proactive and strategic thinker with a growth mindset
