1) Groups & MICE Manager (Dept. Head)
Looking for an experienced Groups & MICE Manager to head our department. If you excel in planning, operations, and delivering exceptional group travel experiences, this is an excellent opportunity to join us and lead with impact.
The key requirements for this role include:
– Drive business growth in global markets with a focus on the MICE segment, including proactive sales and lead generation
– Demonstrated experience leading a team within the tourism industry, ideally within a DMC environment
– Full responsibility for the department’s P&L
– Excellent negotiation and organizational skills
– Proven ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments
– Hands-on experience in planning, managing, and operating groups/events from concept to execution
2) Sales Executive – Japan Market
Seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to grow and manage our Japan Market segment. If you have strong market knowledge, relationship-building skills, and a passion for travel sales, this is your chance to join a dynamic and forward-moving team.
The key requirements for this role include:
– Develop business from the Japanese market, focusing on groups and MICE
