Job Position – Travel Consultant

Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary: AED 2,500 + Accommodation + Visa + Air Ticket (Every 2 Years)
Hiring for a motivated and experienced with strong knowledge of the Galileo system to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in corporate ticketing, fare calculations, and handling complex travel requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage corporate travel bookings (flights, reissues, refunds)
– Handle ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and EMDs using Galileo
– Provide excellent customer service to corporate clients
– Ensure accuracy in fare rules, ticketing policies, and documentation
– Assist clients with travel itineraries and cost-effective solutions
Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant
– Strong working knowledge of Galileo GDS
– Experience in corporate ticket booking
– Expertise in ticket reissue, refund processes, and EMD handling
– Good communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work independently and under pressure
